The CBSE is anticipated to unveil the results for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams of 2024 next week, with reports suggesting a probable announcement on May 12, 2024. Despite the widespread anticipation, there hasn’t been an official confirmation regarding the exact date and time for the release.
Amidst this, Central Board of Secondary Education Secretary Himanshu Gupta previously hinted at a May announcement for both classes, dispelling rumors that surfaced on social media claiming a May 1, 2024 release date. Once the results are declared, the CBSE will activate the result link on its official website—cbseresults.nic.in, enabling students to access their scores.
Download and print the result for future reference
Students can also access their results via the DigiLocker application or website (digilocker.gov.in). It’s important to note that a minimum passing mark of 33% in each subject and overall is required to pass the examinations. To promote a healthy learning environment, the CBSE has decided not to release any merit lists.
The Central Board of Secondary Education board exams for Class 10 and 12 were conducted from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Approximately 39 lakh candidates registered for the exams, with around 5.80 lakh students appearing in Delhi alone.
